Friday Fill-Ins before Dark!
1. Another day’s sunset is not the end of the world.
2. Sitting here, listening to the sound of rain falling, I wonder suddenly if the kitchen faucet is leaking, a lot, as it is summer and therefore devoid of rain.
3. Bacon on baked potatoes tastes so good!
4. Sometimes, putting others first is detrimental to your own sense of worth.
5. Space (literally) is breathtaking, really.
6. Well, maybe there is something undeservingly decadent about sitting on the balcony to “go to work” on my laptop, but damn, the fresh air feels good.
7. And as for the weekend, tonight I’m looking forward to (well, not looking forward to it but it really really needs to be done) grocery shopping, tomorrow my plans include lazing about in my pajamas and Sunday, I want to get my arse to the damned Goodwill, like I keep saying I will!
