Apropos to nothing, a braindump.
I’m listening to 40s music on a station on Pandora Did you know you are allowed only 40 hours of music a month before they cut you off? Anyway, it makes me want to write a NaNo-style novel about some young adult female in wartime

In one of my very first memories of music, my sister and I are playing amidst the rolled up wrestling mats in the cafeteria/assembly hall/theater of the local high school, as my parents practice along with the community members for the holiday concert It featured Christmas music, of course, though this was way back in the days before political correctness and generic “holidays”.
